Drysdale’s Carpet Care has been
maintaining our hotel’s carpets and upholstery for several years under Mark
Dullea’s direction. We generally
use their services once per month to maintain guest room and public area
carpets, as well as the upholstered furniture.
The Hampton Inn underwent an extensive
renovation at the end of 1994 and selected Drysdale's to maintain the
cleanliness of our new carpets and furniture.
We have been very pleased with the overall service and reliability
provided to us from Mark’s company. They
charge reasonable rates for our rooms and have been very flexible to work around
our schedules.

as we have been satisfied customers and will continue to use their services

vendors that consistently deliver the services that they promise are so hard to
come by…so when I find one, such as DrysDale’s, I keep them!
Not only do I appreciate your responsiveness, punctuality
and professionalism. I also think
that the quality of your carpet cleaning can be surpassed by none.
Stains that other companies “couldn’t get out” seem to be no
problem for you and your staff. I also like that the cleaning solutions are all natural, so
there is no harsh chemical smell after you visit.

take this opportunity to congratulate you on the unique dry system which you
have used these past several years to clean our office carpeting.
Of particular
significance is year was the rather deep dirt which was ground into the
carpeting as a result of numerous winter storms. Many a day concluded that I would be purchasing new carpeting
for the entire offices. As you will
recall, I asked you to take a look and make a determination whether or not you
could clean the deep grime. Sure
enough, not only was the grime removed, but also the color was as bright as new.
